When will you be getting new stock?

We will be getting new stock within the next two months, but new stock of each item arrives on different days, and we cannot confirm exactly when the stock will arrive. Sign up for our stock updates to ensure that you are notified then new stock arrives. We cannot send you notifications of new stock if you have not signed up to our mailing list. You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Can I collect a purcased order directly from you?

Unfortunately we do not offer collections. All items are dispatched via courier services, unless our couriers do not deliver to your area, in which case we will use the SA Post Office.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. We are based in Hillcrest, KZN, but we are an online store only. Purchases can only be made via our website.

How do I Purchase Items?

Once you place your order online, you will be given banking details to make payment, via EFT. Once payment has been made, please send us proof of payment at info@unique-gifts.co.za so we can process your order asap. All orders are dispatched via courier services, unless our courier service does not deliver to your area, in which case the SA Post Office will be used.
